I found Duomo on Instagram. I clicked thru the quiz thinking I would end up with a bogus, overpriced scam. Let me tell you how pleasantly surprised I was!! I LOVE this app! It is so relevant. So easy to follow and I look forward to each day. I’ve grown in my walk with Christ thru the daily scriptures and reflections. 10/10 recommend this app!

Money was taken out of my account I had not authorised. I was led to believe it was a one month one time fee. Please be aware of hidden subscription fees from this company. Very disappointed.
I joined this app online about a month ago. Just afterwards, I couldn't use the app but my money had gone. My phone just froze minutes later. Tried by all means to use the app but failed becausemy phone couldn'twork. I had to uninstall the app, that'swhen my phone worked. This time around they have now taken money again but I'm not using the app. I think this is unfair and it has to sop. It's not right to use the Word of God in this way.
I signed up to Duomo looking for parenting support with a Christian teaching. I was expecting something thorough, something that would make a real difference. I paid the £15 to find out when I logged into the Duomo App that all it entailed was a devotional on finances. I was gutted - I reached out to customer support. Leo quickly replied with an empathetic and compassionate response giving me a choice of two other more relevant modules (I did not answer any questions relating to finance... it was all for parenting). I replied informing him of my preferred module. However, there was no change to the App settings - it is still on a totally irrelevant finance module that I did not need let alone to pay £15 for. I requested a refund to Leo but now no response no change. I feel robbed which is a joke because the reason I had downloaded the App was to help with stress etc and all it did was take my money and create massive disappointment.
I had a great experience with this app; it really helps maintain consistency in daily Bible study and keeps it engaging. It helped me get back on track after struggling due to illness and time constraints. My only concern is the cost—it’s not excessively high, but it can be challenging for those on a fixed income. Still, it was worth it to regain my study routine.
The staff exhibited biased behavior, allowing individuals with backpacks from one nationality while denying entry to others based on their appearance. I am from Portugal and found their conduct to be impolite, disrespectful, and discriminatory, as they favored certain groups over others.
I’m truly impressed by how beneficial this app has been. Why has no one ever shared the Gospel with me in this way? This app struck me profoundly. In less than a week, it feels like a weight has been lifted. That weight was my fixation on anxious attachments. I didn’t even realize that was a problem, but now I understand that I had been putting my trust in people rather than in God. Although I’m not a new Christian and have been a born-again believer for over 20 years, I somehow lost sight of the fact that only Christ can heal me. It always comes back to the fundamentals. I take pride in having overcome significant challenges in my life. My children are cherished and well cared for, and they have their father, whose business is thriving. Yet, none of those aspects could mend my heart. There is One who can, and does. I’m grateful to the entire team for guiding me back to Him. You’re doing meaningful work. Stay blessed!
My doubts regarding the service arise from their questionable practices, resembling those of many untrustworthy advertisers. They promote enticing offerings (like uplifting verses) but then try to upsell additional services. Cancelling is a challenge; their rigid policies indicate a strong emphasis on profit.
