First timer on a brunch experience in the city of Newport Beach! I hope the employee gets this message, Haley The Event Manager! She did an amazing service. She did wonderful! Her energy, her positivity, her passion. Definitely coming back forsure and prefer her!
Fantastic Day!!!The trip to the Statue of Liberty was fantastic, my friend and I booked before we left the UK. On the day of the tour there were no queues when we went to pick up the passes, the ferries were frequent and very clean. The trip inside the Statue was really well organised hardly any waiting time, great experience…Food on the island was delicious.Next stop, Ellis island. Immigration museum was so interesting we spent a long time there. The whole day was fantastic and everywhere was so clean. Finally, thanks to all the staff!! Everyone looked after us and were so friendly, ticket office staff, security staff, ferry crews, catering staff, guides and other guests we spoke to. The whole experience was amazing and would highly recommend it.
Overall it was fine. This was my second time to Alcatraz. Having the hospital and dining hall closed for construction should have been told to us before hand. Having an active fire in the hospital wing while on the island was interesting and I think the employees handled it well. An overall announcement should have been made however, as some other tourists blew it out of proportion, scaring others. I was expecting more from the night tour, but it was basically the same as the day.
