Freezing 🥶

The last two weeks that I've gotten on this bus from Galway to Dublin, the bus has been ice cold. They put the Aircon on way too low, everyone puts on their jackets and is visible trying to shut it off over head but it doesn't work. Beyond uncomfortably cold to sit in for 3 hours.

A great service and very friendly drivers…

A great service to clifden and even to lettrrfrack. Our bus driver cork service Murt was fabulous today instructed us clearly and was super friendly. He helped people with suitcases,made us laugh and made sure I was first off the bus to get my connection. Thank you

I travelled too and from Galway to…

I travelled too and from Galway to Dublin Airport Terminal 1 direct. Brilliant service and no negative issues. Bus was on time, working toilet if required. I also travelled from Cork to Galway this week. Again the bus was in time and no negative issues. I will be using Citylink again in future.

A big thank you to Hugh Gallagher.

I got the 13.30 city link bus today 4th August 2023 from Dublin Airport to Moate County Westmeath. Our driver was called Hugh Gallagher, I just want to say what a pleasant, helpful, courteous gentleman he is, he was so helpful and chatty to any person who got on the bus. He went out of his way to help everyone and if there were a lot more Hugh Gallaghers around the world would be a better place. Kind Regards Bernie Ryan.

Absolutely shocking

Busses constantly late or booked outLoughrea to galway bus delayed by a minimum 30 minutes No return from galway to loughrea after 6pm No power supply on busToilets always a state Make it almost impossible to travel around ireland

Toilets are a luxury, not a basic need

Cork to Limerick, driver says that the toilet is not working. How the hell can you send a intercity bus, full of people, without a functional toilet?

Extremely rude bus driver

Extremely rude bus driver. I did not prebook a seat which understandably can cause issues however the way he dealt with it was awful. He could have been polite about it instead he cursed at me and backed me off the bus. I noticed then as I was on the bus he was rude to other passengers also. This was the 11:30am bus from Dublin Airport to Galway.

Power supply not working again

I give citylink a 2 star review simply because everytime I use them it's a gamble if the power supply works to charge your phone. This isn't the first time I wasn't able to charge my device so I could get some work do. Everything else is good but if they want to advertise this service it should work.

Very good service

Very good service on the Galway to Dublin route. Simple and efficient reservation process, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable journey, and the bus left and arrived on time. Would happily use again.
