Unpleasant experience with a driver

I had a very negative interaction with a driver while trying to board the bus. I was supposed to pay only 18 euros, but I was charged 50, which feels unreasonable. The driver's demeanor was rude and disrespectful. I've had a better experience before with a different representative who helped me switch to another timetable. Unfortunately, this second incident has been quite frustrating for me, especially as a 17-year-old.

Fantastic recovery of a lost phone

I am compelled to report the unprofessional behavior of a driver on the Dublin Airport to Limerick service. After a long journey with my family, we were treated poorly while trying to board in the rain. The driver was aggressive and refused to let us board from the designated area, only to allow others to board from the same spot later. This discriminatory behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's service standards.

The bus was on time and the driver was friendly, but I'm giving only one star because the ticketing information was misleading about the bus stop location. It was not clear that the stop was 90 meters beyond the bus station, causing confusion for passengers. Better clarity about the bus stop location is needed.

Driver distracted during the journey

The driver attempted to block off the front row and lectured me about phone usage, even though he took multiple calls himself. His constant fidgeting was distracting, and the radio was too loud. Additionally, he rudely told passengers to handle their own bags when disembarking. This experience was disappointing, and I hope it doesn't happen again.
