I spent £150 on the 5mm concrete cladding panels for a quick makeover. If I were looking for something long-term, I would have opted for the 8mm or 10mm options. Handle the 5mm panels with care, as the edges can be somewhat fragile. The customer service was excellent, with good communication and helpful advice. Delivery took 4 days, which is reasonable considering it was around the New Year, likely causing some delays. Overall, this product performs exceptionally well.

The courier service seemed inadequate; I suspect the driver mishandled the delivery and contacting them was impossible. I wouldn't recommend this courier service. However, the response from the company was excellent in resolving my order issues.
They initially didn't realize there were no end caps for my wall panels until the order was being assembled, but they quickly informed me by phone and email. Several of the 11 wall panels I ordered were damaged at the tongue and groove edges, likely due to over-tight packing. Despite this, the staff were very helpful and polite.
