This service is untrustworthy and ineffective.

This service shows no signs of improvement. I foolishly bought this inadequate protection plan three times, hoping for a better experience, but I was mistaken. This warranty plan is terrible, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE AWFUL!!!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AND PLAN. I PAID A HIGH PRICE FOR A PROTECTION PLAN THAT DELIVERED NO VALUE. I SUBMITTED THE SAME CLAIM THREE TIMES AND RECEIVED ONLY A SMALL CLEANING SPRAY IN RETURN! THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION, AND I COULD HAVE PURCHASED A THOUSAND SPRAYS FOR WHAT I PAID. THEY LACK HONESTY AND PROVIDE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, FAILING TO FOLLOW THROUGH. I RECOMMEND AVOIDING ANY PLANS FROM THIS PROVIDER. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

Absolutely Terrible

Absolutely terrible. I bought a costly couch and opted for a protection plan. Apparently, they sold that policy to this unreliable service. It has been a FULL-TIME JOB trying to get a response, and two weeks later, I still have not received my reimbursement!

THE WORST SERVICE AND PROTECTION PLAN. HIGHLY EXPENSIVE FOR NO ACTUAL ASSISTANCE. I SUBMITTED THE SAME CLAIM THREE TIMES AND ONLY RECEIVED A SMALL CLEANING SPRAY! NO RESPONSES, I COULD HAVE PURCHASED A THOUSAND SPRAYS FOR THE COST OF THIS PLAN. THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY WITH POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND FAIL TO FOLLOW UP. AVOID PURCHASING A PLAN FROM THIS COMPANY. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I am still dealing with a claim I submitted on 9/2/25, and now it is 11/6/25. I provided photos of the issue with my furniture, and they finally approved my claim for one of the two pieces after I navigated through numerous hoops and emails. Keep in mind, these are two leather chairs in the same sectional! Each chair must be submitted as a separate claim. I wasn't informed that only one claim was approved until the representative visited my home and informed me he only had one work order. I now have to make calls during the day, which is difficult given my job as a teacher! If there were a contest for the hardest claim process, they would win! A total waste of $600. NEVER AGAIN!

TOTAL SCAM

I purchased a recliner chair in December 2020 with a five-year extended warranty from this company. I called to report an issue in June but didn't submit the paperwork until October, still within my warranty. They denied my claim, stating I had 30 days from the claim date to submit all documents. AVOID THIS SCAM!

Challenging to Navigate

This service is not customer-oriented. We submitted a claim for a stain, and they required excessive details that were irrelevant. They kept reminding me of a 30-day deadline for information. I sent multiple pictures and relevant details, but they sent a cleaning kit unsuitable for my sofa. I was frustrated with their system and the agent's attitude. After much persistence, I learned a technician was hired and should contact me soon. A very painful process, and I would never buy from them again.

Horrendous Customer Support

Horrendous customer support from this service. After using one of their expensive recliner chairs, I noticed the color had come off the leather headrest, leaving a large unsightly patch. We waited seven weeks for a technician to come and 'fix' it, but he ended up spraying the wrong color. After multiple attempts to correct it, the area remains sticky to touch. Whenever I call, they are unhelpful and keep pushing the assessment further out.

Scam Alert

I purchased sofas and a policy from this service in 2022. The sofas required repair in 2023 due to leather coating issues. After multiple repairs, the same problem occurred again. When I called to inquire, I was belittled and told that this was standard. How can they not guarantee repairs for a year? The policy extends to 2027, which seems pointless. Do not waste your money here.

Long Wait for Repairs

I’ve been waiting since April for a leather couch purchased less than eight months ago. They came to inspect and are now waiting for the manufacturer to send a replacement cover. The last update was in June, and I have not heard from them since. The worst €250 I have ever spent.
