Very disappointing experience

Steer clear of this seller

Steer clear of this seller. They are definitely not based locally. I placed an order on 15 December and am still waiting. They are ignoring my emails asking for delivery updates. This feels like a scam. Lesson learned, unfortunately.

Complete scam - false claims

Complete scam - they claim to be an artisan jeweller and suggest they are closing, trying to sell last items. However, what I received was cheap jewellery worth only a few cents, shipped from overseas, and nothing like what I ordered.

Avoid ordering!

Avoid ordering! Poor quality and terrible customer service. They claim I can return items but won't provide a return address, and I have to pay for shipping back despite their claims of FREE RETURNS! I've sent numerous emails with no response! I think I might have to accept my loss of £50!
