Second time hiring a van from these guys and still wasn't disappointed. Customer service was still 5 star. The van that I was ment to b get was in an accident but the guys still managed to help me out by sorting out another van. Can't thank the guys enough
I needed a van at quite short notice and for an awkward time, they couldn't have been more helpful and the other big Van hire company in town was unable to be flexible with their approach, which is good news for Class 1 as I won't be going back to any other van hire places!! Chris
First time I've used Class 1 and I have to say I was very impressed. The van was excellent - just a few miles on the clock and a dream to drive. Customer experience was very good too from booking to pickup and return. Class 1 - the name tells you all you need to know.
