I had such a frustrating experience that I genuinely thought this was a scam, though they didn't take any money from me. I ordered a title from the website as a Christmas gift on November 30, and was informed tracking was only available if I created an account. I refused, as it seemed unnecessary just to track my package. On December 5, I received an email stating they were aware my order hadn't been dispatched and were working on it—after that, nothing (aside from the constant marketing emails). No package arrived. In an attempt to get an update the week before Christmas, I found I couldn't reach customer service without creating an account—absolutely ridiculous. I created the account, feeling it was my only option to retrieve my package. I sent a message inquiring about my order, but received no response. Today, I logged into the account I was forced to create, hoping to see a reply. Not only was there no reply, but my message wasn't recorded either. While searching for my message, I discovered my original order was now marked as cancelled. My bank records revealed that my purchase was refunded on December 12 without any notification. To make matters worse, the service is not actually based in Australia, as I incurred an international transaction fee on my purchase. In summary, my experience with this service resulted in no Christmas gift, six weeks of frustration, a useless account I didn't want, and an international transaction fee that was not refunded.
I placed my order on the 8th of November and it was supposedly dispatched on the 11th, but it still hasn't arrived after more than a month. When I reached out on the 26th, they claimed the issue was with the shipping company and provided a tracking number, but the shipping company has no record of it. Three weeks later, there's still no update, and now they aren't responding to my inquiries. It seems they've manipulated their online profile to prevent reviews, likely due to similar negative experiences from others. If my order doesn’t arrive soon, I will have to take further action. Right now, it feels like they took my money and disappeared. This feels like a scam.
I advise against pre-ordering products. When items are in stock, the service is great with quick delivery and good communication. However, their handling of pre-orders has been the worst I’ve experienced. The pre-order date was set for 7th July, a week after the national release, which I found acceptable. However, on the 7th, I was informed they hadn’t received any stock yet they continued to allow pre-orders, knowing they couldn’t fulfill them.
I'm giving this a 2, but it’s not about the product since I haven't received it yet. With a .com.au domain, I assumed it would ship from Australia and arrive quickly. The latest delivery date was 25 November, but now it’s 12 December and I still don’t have a tracking number; it’s coming from the UK. I contacted them, and they said it was dispatched about two weeks ago. This is a Christmas gift, and if it takes much longer, the purchase will be pointless. EDIT: While I appreciate the quick response here, I'm still waiting for a reply to my second email sent before this review. I would be grateful if that could be prioritized. Thank you.
