### Review of Cleaning ServiceI scheduled a deep cleaning and was informed that a female cleaner would arrive at 9:30 AM. However, no one arrived until 10:30, and to my astonishment, three men showed up instead. They claimed they were the cleaners and explained that the assigned woman was unwell. Their demeanour was unsettling, and one of them even asked to inspect my home, which I firmly declined.I was not notified about the cleaner getting unwell beforehand. When I cancelled the cleaning due to this behaviour, the company was overly pushy in a frightening way. I received several messages and calls from these men urging me to let them into my house to do the cleaning. Then, at 12 PM, two women arrived at my house without permission, claiming they were my cleaners! I kicked them out, but they wouldn’t leave easily and only did so when I threatened to call the police.I blame myself for not doing proper due diligence before contacting this company. I found that they run a cleaning scheme! These men show up and don’t do proper cleaning, and when customers refuse to pay, they intimidate them into compliance. For a truthful review, I recommend sorting reviews from low to high and checking Trustpilot!Overall, my experience raised serious concerns about their reliability and safety, and I suspect some of the positive reviews might be fraudulent. I strongly advise against using this company! If I could give less than three stars, I definitely would. My experience left me feeling uneasy and wary. I recommend looking elsewhere for cleaning services. Don’t let them into your house!

Excellent job done - deep clean!

We had a brilliant experience from this company yesterday. Mathew and Rinse were at our new house yesterday from 9.30 until 4pm for a deep clean before we move in and they did a fantastic job! The house is spotless, and it smells amazing! They cleaned every nook and cranny, including my fridge freezer, cupboards, inside wardrobes, light switches, skirting boards etc. I'd definitely recommend, and I'll definitely be booking them both again! Thank you!

Excellent job done - deep clean!

We had a brilliant experience from this company yesterday. Mathew and Rinse were at our new house yesterday from 9.30 until 4pm for a deep clean before we move in and they did a fantastic job! The house is spotless, and it smells amazing! I am extremely disappointed with the cleaning and lack of professionalism

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am extremely disappointed with the cleaning service I booked with this company. I was promised a thorough clean, and everything was clearly stated in our text messages. I was even asked to send pictures of the areas that needed cleaning, which I did via WhatsApp — including a video tour of my place to show exactly what work was required.Despite this, when the cleaners arrived, many of the areas I highlighted were completely untouched, especially the sinks, under-sink cupboards, and drawers. These weren’t just missed — they were ignored. I had to call them back a second time to finish the unfinished tasks, and even then, some areas still weren’t cleaned properly. The under sink cupboard and draws were completely ignored again. Instead I was told they have move too many things. What’s most frustrating is that I was very specific about what needed cleaning, and I provided clear visual evidence of the mess. I’ve used cleaning companies before and have never been asked to specify individual tasks as if they couldn’t see what needed doing. It felt like they didn’t pay attention or care about the details I provided.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this company based on the lack of attention to detail and poor quality of service. Very unprofessional and not worth the money.I have wasted a significant amount of my hard-earned money on what I expected to be a thorough and professional deep cleaning. Regrettably, the results have been far below my expectations.Despite paying for a comprehensive cleaning, my carpets were not vacuumed properly — there are still bits of dust and crumbs, and dried-up dust remains in some areas. Overall, the cleaning was subpar, and I am confident I could have done a much better job myself. I specifically chose your service because I believed I would be receiving a high standard of cleaning for the amount paid, but that has not been the case.Given the disappointing outcome, I am requesting a partial refund for the service provided. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue to Trading Standards, as I believe this to be unfair treatment and a breach of consumer rights.I have already begun preparing my statement for Trading Standards and hope we can resolve this amicably. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss the refund. I was told it takes 48-72 hours. It has now been nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I await your reply.

The 5-6 hour deep clean was more like a 4.5 hour regular clean

I've never had a cleaner before, so wasn't sure what to expect. We are looking to sell our house and wanted to have a good clean of the place ready for it to go on the market.This might be more of my expectations of what a deep clean is, but honestly it was more of what I would call a regular clean of the house. Even then, I would only rate it as an ok regular clean. I was expecting detailing of each room, but the reality was it was the sort of clean I do myself with a few areas you sometimes miss, like skirting boards, dusting of high to reach places.Even then they missed things like ceiling lamp shades, shower curtain pole, no mopping of my kitchen floor, bathroom floor, or downstairs laminate flooring. Honestly whilst these hard floors do need vacuuming or dusting, they really need to be mopped as well. We’ve only got carpet in 1/3 of the house. They told me on the phone they normally just vacuumed, but I asked if they could be mopped, which was noted and they just said you have to pay extra anything that takes longer than the 6 hours. Which was fine, but turned out there was little chance of them going over. They seemed to rush out the door after 4.5 hours, which with set up, etc, means they only cleaned for about 4 hours. With 5-6 hours being most of but not all of the day, I suspect they had another afternoon appointment to get to, which is why it felt rushed and was closer to 4 hours.I asked them to focus on the bathroom, kitchen, all the windows, and the bookcases in the living room. They started upstairs as we were working downstairs at the time.I’m not sure if they cleaned all the windows in the end as some looked better than others, but all the windows, mirrors, and tap fixtures were left with streaks on them. The window sill in the smallest bedroom had lots of black dirt on it so this one seemed to have been missed completely. I suspect deep cleans are more targeted at rental properties after and before tenants where they are empty properties. This being the house we live in all our stuff was in the house. I noticed they weren’t moving things but just cleaning around, as such when it came to the downstairs bookcase, I took everything off myself so they could wipe the shelves down, and I dusted the items as I put them back. The fact they just cleaned around things meant even the vacuuming missed areas, they certainly didn’t move tables and sofas to get behind or under them.I kind of knew halfway through it wasn’t going to be as good as I originally expected, just from what I could see them doing and how quickly they were getting through the rooms. I’ve had oven cleans take longer, than the whole deep clean. Even though it wasn’t as good as I expected I still thought at the time it was an ok job, but the more time has passed, the more I’ve noticed missed or forgotten area. For example, we had the outside of the windows cleaned the day after which really showed the poor job done on the inside.I originally picked them based on them appearing to be the best in the area, at least from the Google reviews. Price wise, they were much cheaper than what google was suggesting a deep clean to be, so maybe this is a case of you pay for what you get. Whilst you really want it done right first time, I could have probably reported the issues for them to resolve, but it would just be the same people and quality, so I opted to just be done with it. By the end of the 4 hours, I was just happy for them to leave and just put it down to something I wouldn’t have done again. In future I just do it myself.
