I am extremely satisfied with the service provided. The team was scheduled to arrive during the peak of Storm Bram and had to navigate through significant flooding and road closures. They still made it on time and maintained a high level of professionalism despite the challenging circumstances. I would certainly recommend them.
While it wasn't the most affordable option, we urgently needed to have our old two-seater sofa taken away before the new one arrived, so we explored different solutions. The local council offered the lowest price at around £20, but they wouldn't pick it up from our property, requiring us to leave it by the roadside, which was not feasible for us in our late seventies. Unfortunately, furniture stores no longer handle such removals themselves. They suggested another service, but we couldn't reach them, leading us to contact the company advertised on their website. Although their £50.99 'call out' fee and an additional £52.50 per item charge made it pricey, they were responsive. We called them the day before, and they arrived promptly at 8:30 am, just in time before the new sofa was delivered at 11:30. Their logistics were excellent, and the staff were very friendly and efficient. It was costly, but the speed and effectiveness made it worthwhile.
