Completely unsatisfactory experience. I discarded everything. Improvement is needed by stopping the overcharging for subpar products. I regret not documenting the situation to report to the appropriate authorities. I genuinely believe I deserve a refund, but I have little faith that it will occur.

This is currently my absolute favorite service! The value I receive is unmatched. Occasionally, a few items might not meet expectations, but this is very rare. My experience tells me that this service genuinely strives to keep customers satisfied, and I have come to trust them. I typically order from them once a month and have been doing so for nearly a year.
I ordered a mystery box of drinks, and while I understand some items may be slightly past their best before dates, the majority were expired by a year or more. After opening a few, I found them flat and unsatisfactory. Most ended up in the trash. It feels like a clever way to deceive customers by selling expired stock as 'some items may be past their best before.' A month of waiting just to be disappointed.
I make purchases every three months, spending around £90 on products, mainly cakes. I have nothing but praise... Incredibly affordable, very rarely is anything of poor quality, always well-packaged, and delivery is quick (I recommend paying for faster delivery, it's worth it). I've never had an incorrect order or substitutions. Most of my purchases are for wildlife, but I enjoy some myself as well. I truly value this retailer and have no hesitation in recommending their services.
I am very pleased with the service provided. As always, the products were fantastic value and high quality. My order arrived about a week after purchase, but I keep in mind that delivery can take between 7-30 days. They do inform you of this, so it shouldn't be a reason for negative reviews against this service.
Many items were from 2023, well past their use by and best before dates. I'm puzzled by the four-week wait when the product quality is this poor. Some items tasted like their packaging, while others had no flavor at all. They were left in direct sunlight, resulting in bleached colors. These were jelly pots and juice. I would not buy from this service again; the quality does not reflect the price.
