I received a 1000-piece jigsaw puzzle as a Christmas gift, but I couldn't finish it due to several missing pieces. I contacted the company via email with all necessary details, but their response asked me to fill out an online form with information I had already provided. The form did not recognize the batch number, preventing me from proceeding. This puzzle has been a total waste of money. I see online that this issue is common with their products, and I will definitely avoid them in the future. Extremely poor quality control and customer service.
Very poor customer service. We received a puzzle as a gift, and many pieces were deformed. The company stated they couldn't assist because I lacked proof of purchase. I fail to understand this. With an unopened puzzle that clearly shows defects, what more proof is needed? It’s disappointing customer service to avoid responsibility. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
