No way to combine cards balance

I have to go through a million hoops to use this. 2FA is fair enough, this is more like 100FAWhy send a what's app message every single time when they don't work? I have to wait 30 secondsAnd the worst thing - there's no way to combine balance from leftover cards. How can I use the final balance of a card?
