I had a very disappointing experience with UseePay. The issue itself was not technically complex, but the way they handled it was extremely poor. Their own terms state that all payments are withdrawable after T+7, with only 10 percent held for 180 days as a safety margin. However, when I tried to withdraw, they suddenly claimed that a transaction from 45 days ago meant I could not withdraw at all. In reality, this meant almost 80 percent of my balance was being held, which is far beyond what their rules specify.

I raised a complaint, and only after pushing did they reluctantly agree to resolve it, saying it required a “special communication” with their risk team, even though my request was fully compliant with their stated policy. Now I’m facing a payment failure issue from a client, and despite providing every required detail, there has been no response. They do not offer any proper ticket system or email channel for follow-up, so there is no way to track progress or get updates.

Overall, the service feels unreliable. In the financial and payment industry, trust is the most important factor, and UseePay has not shown themselves to be trustworthy.

Still Waiting. Still Ignored. Still Losing Sales.

I signed up for an account and waited days with no response, despite their promise of a one-working-day turnaround. Eventually, I was referred to a team member named Sunny. After I sent the final bit of information he needed to complete my account, he disappeared. It’s been four days. Again.I genuinely thought the referral would fix things — but it didn’t. I’m tired. I’m offended. I’m beyond disappointed. All I need is to connect UseePay to my store so I can accept payments. Instead, I’ve been stuck watching my store get visits I can’t convert, while my billing cycles pass me by.If you're looking for an example of POOR customer support, here it is

Generally Positive Experience So Far

We are preparing to launch an online store targeting the Hong Kong market. Before obtaining a merchant ID with UseePay, there is an upfront fee required, which was our main hesitation at the beginning.However, the BD team was very responsive and took the time to explain the process clearly. In addition, the range of local payment methods supported for Hong Kong is quite comprehensive. Considering the overall support and coverage, we decided to proceed with the integration.

It may be coincidence

It may be coincidence, but on the evening of the day I ordered a twenty dollar item from viomorcc and paid through useepay, someone tried to ding my credit card for payments of $2,200 and $2,900, under the name of Aeroplan. Fortunately, my bank flagged the transactions as suspicious, and I was able to reverse the transactions.The viomorrcc purchase was the only one I made on that card that day. Again, it could be coincidence, but my trust of useepay is gone.

We used to rely on Google Play for all our in-app purchases, but the platform fees really added up. After the Epic case made third-party payments available in the US, we decided to give USEEPAY a try — and it’s honestly been a great move.We’re saving a lot on fees (honestly reached 20%) and have way more flexibility now. Local payment integration in South Korea

We recently added UseePay’s South Korea local payment options to our game. Apart from credit cards, players can now pay directly with Naver Pay, Kakao Pay, PAYCO, or Toss — it feels way more natural for Korean users. Also, their tiered pricing for small-amount payments really helps keep costs down for in-game microtransactions. It’s been a smooth switch that improved both the player experience and our bottom line.

Horrid and appears to be a scam site to cover for another scam site I ordered from. Followed their email link with my own password they provided and it goes to a blank site that doesn’t do anything.
