Very good transcriber for long videos and non-English ones! It gives you timestamps and speaker-identification, which you can then get to chatgpt for further textual analysis! Really helpful if you are working with videos!
Great at transcribing medical lectures because, unlike some other models, it understands medical terminology well. I just wish it would create flashcards from lecture transcripts.

I was charged the full price 24.9 usd for thw first month instead of the offerer 9.99 usd.
Additionally, I was charged for another month even though I was canceling my account earlier.
When I wanted to remove my banck acount details - i coulnd't do it on my own. I had to ask to do it the support team, wich hasn't given me a clear explanation on the above and is reluctant to refund the money. Very disappointing experience.
