It's baffling why anyone would choose a product that only stays hot for 15 minutes and requires 45 minutes to reset in boiling water. If potential buyers were aware of this beforehand, they likely wouldn't purchase it. Save your money and consider an electric alternative or even a hot water bottle; both options will provide similar results with far less hassle.
Outstanding after-sales service! We purchased several models at an expo in Belgium, and one developed a leak after about a year. Without any charge, they sent a replacement within days. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in addressing our concerns. A huge thank you for all your assistance!

Absolute complete scam of a product. I was convinced into buying it at the Ideal Homes show. They told me it would last an hour and that it was a quick warm up in hot water to get it to reset. First claim, it lasts only 15 minutes at most and then gets cold and hard. Then to reset, it's not a quick warm up, but the full pot of water has to be at a full boil and these have to boil for a LONG time. This is an absolute nightmare. If you miss just a few crystals, you have to start all over again. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this product.
It was disappointing to see that the foot had no click and I was scared it would be a whole process to get one. But I explained my problem on the site at the helpdesk and in i few days I will have my new item, so I’m very pleased. That’s a goed service! I’m very happy and I would buy something from Clix Therapy again.
I recently purchased a Clix Therapy for Lower Back & Knee. After having an issue with the product, I contacted the support team, and they responded incredibly quickly. I tried several times to freeze them but they activate in the freezer and turn rock solid and don't stay cold. Stay far away from these guys!
