A massively rigged and conrupt industry run by the Commission who are criminals. The obvious pattern of fixed play is so clear to see it's ridiculous. You know your dealing with a dodgy outfit when the very people running the industry can't be arsed to even reply. Total scam and huge fiddle.

I am posting this as a warning to everyone: the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) is failing at its most basic duty. Consumers are scammed daily, and authorities do nothing meaningful. My experience is just one example:

Leicester City FC promoted BC.Game, an unlicensed UK crypto casino, linking directly from their official site. I was scammed through my account with four massive Dogecoin bets, totaling billions in value — over £100 million. One bet was a win but recorded as a loss, proving BC.Game’s games are not provably fair. Only my Dogecoin transactions were deleted. When I questioned this, my account was blocked, leaving me with over £10,000 in crypto and $6,000 in BCD lost. All of this is documented with screenshots, transcripts, and emails.

I emailed every publicly listed contact at LCFC — no reply. This is standard. Consumers are ignored while scammers profit, yet the club still promotes them.

Trustpilot also failed me: inflated 5-star ratings at the time and automated, generic responses gave scammers credibility and helped them appear legitimate.

UKGC itself is a disgrace:
• Only 1-star on Trustpilot, with reviews describing ignored complaints, backhanders, corruption, and systemic incompetence.
• Regulators fail to monitor live games where magnet roulette balls and dealer manipulations defy physics. Either:
1️⃣ Regulators accept backhanders to allow cheating,
2️⃣ No one monitors the games at all,
3️⃣ Or corruption is systemic. Pick one.
• Consumers lose millions every year with no accountability, dead-end “contact us” emails, and excuses about overseas operators.

This isn’t an isolated incident — it’s systemic failure. Regulators, clubs, and review platforms are responsible for enabling scammers, not protecting players.

Until public transparency, lawful oversight, and real accountability are enforced, ordinary people will continue to be scammed while the system protects fraudsters.

This review is factual, fully verifiable, and submitted to document systemic negligence.

The level of game fixing on these websites within this industry is truly shocking. Very obvious to see the rigged pattern of play against your betting. No wonder this commission have such a criminal reputation. I'm on these sites as a researcher and I'm amazed at how bad they are. The customer support and replies are awful to customers comments with simply a standard response. It would be impossible for the commission to not recongise this and clearly shows they must be implementing this behaviour to these sites, that they approve by the way. The word criminal crops up alot regarding this enterprise and I'm not surprised. Incredible how this industry is still allowed to get away with such a scam.

Without doubt the biggest criminal enterprise allowed to trade. It is ridiculous how obvious it is that they are cheating you. It is not random or luck, the games are rigged against your betting and winnings, of course they are. The problem is that they make so much money they pay everyone off to keep quiet. Most of the owners and members of the commission and these sites have all been done for conruption. You have no chance.

An industry plagued by corruption and dishonesty.

A deeply corrupt industry operated by dishonest individuals. There are significant debts owed by illegal enterprises that pay off others to remain silent. The blatant manipulation evident on these platforms highlights the widespread corruption among all involved parties, which explains why issues are never addressed. It's a complete scam, with numerous officials complicit. Fortunately, I'm using these platforms for research purposes.

This industry is rife with corruption and deceit

It's widely recognized that this sector operates as a highly corrupt and criminally influenced money laundering scheme, with many top individuals implicated. The way the platforms manipulate the games against users is evident, and it's absurd to claim this is a fair system. The lack of action from the regulatory bodies only highlights the underhanded dealings that keep these entities silent. It's astonishing that such a fraudulent and deceitful operation is allowed to persist. If you share these concerns, please speak out. A rating of 1.2 is well-deserved; this is utterly unacceptable and clearly fabricated.

Pure fraud

This industry is a massive scam run by people who are owed by criminals. All the websites are simply setup for money laundering operations. It's all about cleaning money through their other enterprises. It's shocking to think how fixing your play due to monitoring your account is somehow ignored by the Commission. Of course, there on the Commission, silly me. Look at the pattern, you win then nothing, you win, you lose more. This is called fixing due to it happening everytime, it's no fluke. If you win a decent amount, take it and run or they will take it back by rigging your play.

This industry is deeply flawed and appears to be manipulated.

This industry seems to be riddled with dishonesty, operated by individuals with questionable ties. Many platforms appear to facilitate illicit activities, focusing on money laundering rather than fair play. It's disheartening to realize that attempts to address account monitoring issues are overlooked by the regulatory body. The patterns are evident: win a little, then lose more, suggesting a systematic manipulation rather than mere chance. If you manage to win a substantial amount, it's wise to withdraw it quickly, as they may find ways to reclaim it by altering your gameplay.

The arrogance and ignorance from this…

The arrogance and ignorance from this lot is off the charts. As others have said they simply don't reply on social media (why are they even on it if they refuse to interact?)and if you contact them via email they'll ignore it too. Just incredibly rude.I'm currently waiting for feedback from them on a company before deciding what to do next and this lot aren't helping at all.
