I would give more than five stars if I could for my experience with clockprint. This was my first time for having a book printed and I knew nothing of this process. My stress levels dropped after my first call. I spoke to a gentleman called Andy who explained everything to me in detail and reassured me regarding my ‘ifs’ and ‘buts’, there were a few! It was nice being able to speak to the same person each time I phoned. Communication was spot on and I had regular emails for each stage of the process. If I was ever to get round to writing another book I would not hesitate to return to clockprint. My books were printed and sent within the agreed timescale and quality is excellent. Customer service has been second to none and very much appreciated.

I made an order of books, and I asked for a sample copy. I was very unhappy with the sample copy, yet when I spoke to them, they were so helpful. For free, they made all the necessary changes that I needed to make it more like a children’s book and I am so pleased with the results.
We started with a small order of only over a hundred books a few years back. We have since moved all our bigger orders, including thousands of notebooks and offer folders from some of the big-name competitors here. The service is an old-school personal service, while the products are top-notch and modern. The price is also completely competitive.
The staff are always most helpful, easy to contact and will quickly try to resolve even the smallest request. The step by step selection for putting together a book or pamphlet is very well laid out and informative. The finished products are always super quality, well-packaged when delivered and within the time schedules. As an independent, self-published author who uses them frequently I highly reccomend them.

Got a very great customer service, prompt responses and correspondence, excellent professional approach to the work and most importantly and amazing outcome.
