Ordered multiple books in two different formats, each and every time my order has been well looked after and the quality for the price is quite possibly the best out there! I had a few time where I was very close to a deadline, and they’ve gone above and beyond each time to make sure I got the books delivered well in time

Always reliable. Person-to-person service, not person-to-bot.They deliver as promised, printed products that please the eye.staff have a can do attitude. They pack your books very carefully for transit. They do not simply ignore you once you have paid. Their prices are fair. If you have an inquiry, they respond promptly.
Outstanding customer service from Dave and the team. Genuinely the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I almost never write reviews but felt compelled to because of how brilliant Dave and his team were. Alongside this personal care and attention, the quality of printing was superb and the book was delivered ahead of schedule (with regular updates from Dave who helped keep an eye on tracking as the order was for a special occasion). Cloc were recommended to me by an experienced publisher and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs quality and affordable print services, underpinned by the very best customer service and lovely, personable staff.
Great customer service. Came across CLOC by chance via a Google search - and very pleased I did!! Many thanks to Dave & the CLOC team - for help & advice when I needed it. Only placed a small order for my book printing but was still treated like an important customer. I've now received my first book (ahead of schedule) and it looks fantastic - first class quality. Cloc have been amazing. I was attempting to self publish my first book and was sent their way by a friend. The experience from start to finish has been amazing. They answered questions I had prior to the order about build quality of the novel, then speedily printed and delivered a proof, before accepting and confirming the main order which was delivered in a timely manner, well packaged and with FedEx!
