This website is the worst. Their items doesn't look like what they display at all. Their item quality is very low and the worst thing that they lie to their customers. On their website they say we accept returns however, when I contacted them to make a refund, they offered mo only 15% refund. It very disappointing and I will never use it again and never recommended for anyone else. Worst website ever!!!!

They exploited a blogger who was wearing the dress, using her exact photos and the very same model to market it. However, when the item finally arrived, it was completely different. It was supposed to feature velvet, but instead, it was merely a printed design; furthermore, the stitching was poor and looked extremely cheap. This item is absolutely not worth the cost. I strongly advise against using this website, as it is a scam. Additionally, the order was significantly delayed: although the estimated delivery time was listed as two weeks, it did not arrive until a full month later.
My family is still making fun of me that I fell for this scam company! The single worst item I have ever ordered ($93.00) for a ‘sweatshirt’ that was made of some indescribable fabric that you could stand up on its own! I want to make one of those ‘what I thought I ordered…what I got’ videos. Please save your $$$
I purchased clothes from them through Facebook and received them, but they didn't fit. (I followed their guide, still don't fit.) I went to return the items and was told that I had to pay return shipping and because it was international that the costs would be so high that I should just give the clothes to my friends and family. I've confirmed that I want to return the items anyway to get some sort of return. (No one I know wants the clothes anyway.) They require that I agree that they will charge me to return the clothes, but wont tell how much they'll charge me, IN ADDITION to my paying high shipping charges to return the clothes. They've stonewalled me with saying repeatedly that they won't know how much they'll charge me until they receive the clothes.The clothes took a couple months to arrive so make sure you're buying for NEXT season if you purchase!
My second order arrived in two weeks. The tracking information is really lacking and does not give an idea of when your clothes are going to come at all. My first order is still in the "Order received" stage and it has already been two weeks! It still has to arrive and get cleared by customs. So random! Very confusing and disappointing.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Shortly after ordering I realized this was a chinese scam and tried to immediately to cancel the order with no luck. I emailed many times and specifically asked to cancel/get a refund. The emails I received back were always in broken english and said that the products were high quality. Ironically I actually received the clothes yesterday with no receipt, return info, etc. The clothes WERE POOR QUALITY. I bought from the 100% Linen collection and literally NOTHING was linen. In addition one top had NO HEMS at the arms or bottom of shirt. It looked like a 10 year old cut material and of course was already fraying with out hems. On top of all this I really believe they wanted to use/abuse my credit card. I cancelled it and got a new one. I'm going to attempt to return everything for a refund if I can find an address to do so. The website doesn't have one although they said there was a 30 day hassle free guarantee. The only "address" on the package was "LAX Center" as in Los Angeles Airport. Wish I know where to report this company but I know it's hard since they are in China and use third party websites. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE WHICH JUST SET UP IN MAY 2020. IT'S A SCAM. FACEBOOK SHOULD NOT ADVERTISE FOR THEM.
