WHY did I try one of these sites again? WHY did I not check Trustpilot first? The item I ordered was described as "cotton and linen." What I received was cheap polyester. They make returning the item nearly impossible by offering $5 or $6 gift cards, which i would never use after seeing the quality of the product I received. I keep telling them I do not want a gift card! Their last response: "We can refund you only after receiving the returned package. But the international postage is very expensive, ( please noticed the returned address is not on the parcel) and customers need to pay for the postage. "I asked for the return address they keep referring to. The only saving grace in this awful experience is that someone from their customer service does seem to be very responsive in replying to my emails and giving me their pat answers.
Nothing about this experience has been positive. My order has now been two months sine I placed it and nothing has arrived nor can customer service tell me anything. Customer service is very evasive and has no answers. I would not shop this company !!
Do not buy from them its a scam and unfortunately for me I didn't cancel my card in time and they took my money quick. now they wont cancel my order. I went through anger then sadness and now I am just hopeful someone will read this review and decide not to click submit payment.
I ordered “cotton linen” pants. They were not a natural fiber, they were 65% polyester. There is not address for returning the items. When I tried to call customer service, the auto recording was in an Asian language I could not understand. When I sent an email to customer service asking for the address, I immediately got an auto reply saying they were too busy to reply I think they are a scam.
Should be zero stars!! I stupidly paid $90 for three items on the 30th of May and to make things worse they charged my card $140. I had to deactivate my card and get a new one as these people are fraudsters. Still haven’t received my items and i could guarantee they wouldn’t be what i ordered in the picture, just horrendous crap. They also lied about where they were from, they are not from America like they tell you, they are from China. I’ve been blocked from sending them emails because i dared to ask where my order is. All i can do now is rely on my bank to track them down and get my money back. This is the first time i have ever been ripped off by a scam company online. Never again and i hope these fraudsters get back what they deserve a long jail sentence.
horrible company that should not even be in business and not responding to customers. not even doing crap about anything with their deliveries and order it back in April or May and here we are in the middle of July. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST. I'm never ordering anything from them again and giving the worst excuses.
These guys are crooks- the products are garbage- they want you to “ gift it to someone” instead of returning - I don’t dislike anyone that much 🤦♀️I’m reporting them to the customs inspection and make sure they get black listed from Canada ....
Another one of the Chinese scam clothing companies...on the front page of their site they have a badly worded non-native-English-speaker notice: "NOTICE, Dear customers, we are so sorry that we've noticed by USPS that the DELIEVERY TIME MAY BE PROLONGED due to overstock of the USPS. Please wait patiently. Appreaciate so much for your understanding." Wow. I had no idea that the USPS has an "overstock" problem. Based on experience, this is just another Chinese company with slow shipping...ever hear of the "slow boat from China?" When you receive your product after the 6-20 WORKING days process time, then another three weeks of shipping, that cute little summer dress you bought won't be in style at Christmas. And when you find that the quality is awful and that your "linen" products are actually cheap polyester, you'll want a refund. No problem, right? Think again. They will require you to pay shipping back to China, and when you push back on that, they'll offer you a 15% off coupon for your next purchase. Even if you just spent $50, you'll blow it off, chock it up to experience, and another one of these companies will get away with it. And they're taking hundreds of thousands of American women with this scam, and Facebook won't do anything about it. Here is the shipping info directly from their site:--Processing time usually takes between 6-20 working days, but may extend to 3 weeks due to delayed delivery in this special time. --International Standard Shipping (Delivery Within Approx 2-6 Weeks)--Fast international shipping usually takes between 3-10 daysMy advice is to RUN. My friend and I are still sitting and waiting for an order that will be sure to disappoint. Do not order from these companies. Google for an article on a site called "Written with Love" about when "online shopping goes wrong." The blogger has started a comprehensive list of these companies.
