Very disappointing quality - the earrings feel cheap and are significantly smaller than shown online. One pair even came with missing stones. Communication has been awful; they don't respond to messages and are ignoring emails. I would certainly not recommend this.

Arrived promptly. I opened the box with my daughter (who is 3), and her favorite was the gold love hearts which she wore immediately with no irritation or reaction. Just as I was about to discard the box, there were some sweets included for my little one. Such a sweet and charming touch. Wishing you continued success in your business!
Upon the first delivery, the necklace was tangled and there was only one earring back. The second delivery had an acceptable necklace, but the earrings were so small that I initially thought there was nothing in the pouch, not at all like the advertised size. Quite disappointing.
Fantastic experience! My two daughters have sensitive ears and can only wear specific jewelry, so I was initially hesitant due to the low prices. We ordered the screw-back sets to prevent irritation, and both pairs arrived within 2 days. They've worn them for over a week without any issues, and the packaging was stunning. Overall, a great experience; I would definitely order from here again!
I have tried to contact this service regarding a reaction I experienced from their earrings. I emailed last week and finally received a response late Friday evening, to which I replied immediately, but now I'm left without a response again. I also messaged on WhatsApp, but received no reply. This is not great customer service!
