My wife and I had a truly unpleasant experience with an employee at the local store. We attempted to return a shirt priced at $21.99, for which we had the receipt. Initially, we were told we needed the original receipt. After going home and returning with the required documentation and tags, we approached the counter with additional purchases. We returned a pair of shoes without tags, but they accepted that return. However, when we tried to return a long sleeve shirt with both the original receipt and the tags, they refused, claiming the tags were not attached. We requested to speak with a manager, who was also unhelpful. The employee exhibited a shocking level of rudeness, stating she could deny refunds at her discretion. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since the shirt was unworn and within the return policy. We were treated poorly, and the employee's attitude was unacceptable. My wife, who has experience in retail, knows that employees are required to follow store policies. The handling of this situation was inadequate, and I intend to escalate this matter further if it remains unresolved.

I just left the store and had a truly distressing experience. Some employees displayed racist behavior towards me, directly stating they wouldn’t assist me because of my ethnicity. It was shocking and deeply disappointing. I urge others to avoid this location.
An employee displayed a very unpleasant attitude during my visit. As I was leaving the register, she threw a large item at me, which was alarming. None of the staff responded to this incident. I ended up with a painful injury and a headache. The overall staff response was unhelpful, and no one addressed what happened.
I arrived for an interview with the company only to be told they were not conducting interviews. The manager seemed confused when I presented the interview confirmation email. I received an unsatisfactory explanation after posting proof online. I cannot recommend this chain.
The manager at this location was very unprofessional regarding two clearance items. An employee had marked them down, but when I got to the register, the manager refused to allow the purchase. I often shop here and have never encountered this issue. He needs more training, as this was embarrassing and unacceptable.
I've always enjoyed shopping here, but recent visits to two understaffed locations in the city have made it difficult. The long lines are frustrating, and I waited an hour to check out. It's hard to believe they can't afford to hire more staff. I hope they consider increasing their workforce for a better shopping experience.
