I had a very unsatisfactory encounter with this business. I ordered two watches and paid £187.00 GBP through a payment service, but despite numerous follow-ups over an extended period, I have yet to receive the watches.
Communication has been severely lacking. Whenever I request an update, I only receive vague responses such as “we will update you soon,” without any tracking information, delivery date, or clear explanation. It has been months at this point.
This situation feels untrustworthy and possibly fraudulent, and I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before making a purchase. As a Gurkha, I believe this type of business conduct tarnishes the reputation of Gurkhas, which is very disappointing.
Until I receive either my watches or a full refund, I cannot recommend this seller to anyone.

Exercise extreme caution. I am warning others about a scam involving the owner of this company. I ordered jewelry directly from him and followed his instructions to make a payment via online transfer to his personal account. Once the transfer was confirmed, all communication stopped. No order was shipped, and no refund was provided. It has now been two years, and I've learned that I am one of many victims of his deceit.
Avoid these sellers; they are also associated with another business and this watch venture seems secondary. There’s a reason this shop doesn’t have a physical presence anymore. They used to operate a physical store but had to close it down. They constantly delay the process, promising updates that never come, taking the money while delivering products that differ from what was ordered. The owners have the worst customer service. It’s incredibly stressful dealing with them; it took over a month to finally send my items, and they sent incorrect ones. I still haven’t had this resolved – it’s been a month! Scammers!!
