Law is so talented. I ordered a completely custom harness from them which required them to order special hardware, ribbon, and fabrics. They were not only willing but excited to go above and beyond to design and bring the harness from my dreams to real life. It looks EXACTLY how I pictured it, fits my boy incredibly well, and the craftsmanship is second to NONE. I absolutely intend to purchase again! Sometimes it can take time for communication, but it's understandable given how they are incredibly busy. Important deadlines are factored in though, so even when they are busy, Law will do everything they can to ensure your gear arrives to you on time!
i was looking to match some leash wraps i already had from a different seller and Law(Virgodogco) did amazing! they worked super quickly and our order turned out so cute! you can’t find better quality dog gear/accessories, these are truly at the top.
Virgo dog gear is one of my favorite gear shops! So far we have 2 collars and 1 leash wrap from them and I can’t say enough good things about them! The shop owner is always in communication, giving updates on my order! Notifies me of any delay even if it’s not in their control! I will definitely continue to buy from them and recommend them to all my friends!
i absolutely love virgo dog co. Law is an amazing shop owner and they made sure i was completely satisfied with my order of 3 collars, which had arrived in two weeks (and it's perfect, given that i live in europe). My collars are so well made and minky is a great sensory-friendly backing option 🩷 i would definitely purchase again from VDC! :) i received my order in august of last year and i'm only writing the review now lol
Very concise, timely, and clear communication, wait time was accurate and they also have a sheet to see where your order is in the production process, and the quality? MUAH. second time ordering gear from them, the embroidery is great, no loose edges, everything is sewn together, a phenomenal finished product.
I had an amazing experience purchasing gear from Virgo Dog Co! They are kind, patient, and very fast! I needed a collar and leash wrap done for an event and they were able to get it out to me very quickly. The products are high quality and so beautiful. I highly recommend ordering from this small business as it supports an individual and you get wonderful dog gear in the process.
I've had nothing but amazing experiences with this shop owner. I first bought a pre-designed collar back in December, it took a little longer than it was supposed to (which was not their fault in the slightest) but the shop owner was extremely communicative about what was happening and did their best to get it done as fast as possible with as much communication as possible. I loved that collar so much that I ordered another as well as a patch tab. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, but the shop owner was more than willing to work with me share ideas to help me. The gear arrived in time and was everything I wanted but better than I could have imagined. This shop seriously has some of the best costumer service and is my new go-to for embroidered collars. I hope to be able to order more gear from them soon! 20/10 would recommend.
