My daughter started coding lessons with CoCo coders January 2025 and she absolutely enjoy every lessons. Our daughter does not like to miss her Sunday lessons with Jenna. And it's just wonderful as parents to see the progress that our daughter has achieved in coding class, Thank you so much to the very professional and yet very fun teaching techniques of Jenna. Our daughter is 7 y.o and she is now doing level 6.
I signed my sons up for coco coders earlier this year and my sons (8 and 10) LOVED IT. They both started in scratch, within several lessons my 10 year old was promoted to p5js. It took my 8 year old several extra weeks but was eventually moved in p5js as well.I had to pause our membership last month as track and field conflicted with our schedule but was told our spots would be reserved and they received weekly recorded lessons so they could keep pace with their lessons and not be left behind. The video lessons were great and my sons were able to keep up and do the lessons on their own time which was great.Yesterday we returned to live lessons only to find out my 8 year old had been moved all the way back down to scratch, not based on his ability but because they put 12 and 13 year olds in his class. If age was going to be an issue why would you praise him and move him up? He cried asking what he did that he was "demoted" and removed from his brother's class when he worked so hard to get there. Their e-mail about the situation said it was to "better support his confidence" and you guys crushed it with this nonsense move.
The lessons were extremely energising and inclusive. My 9 year and 7 year old came away from each lesson really feeling like they’d built something. The teachers were very patient, very kind and very clear. A few times we couldn’t make the lesson and email response was rapid and lesson recordings provided very soon after the lesson. An excellent company with a very personal touch and I highly recommend them.
My son absolutely loves Coco coders. It has given my son so much confidence and happiness during what has been an extremely difficult time for him personally. The tutors are all superb, very patient, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. And the support and feedback I as a parent have had has always been very prompt, friendly and helpful. My son is also extremely neurodiverse (multiple diagnoses), and whilst this has often made school difficult for him, Coco coders has never done so and he looks forward to it every week (so much so that we had to take the laptop on a recent holiday so he didn't miss the lesson!!). I really always avoid giving anything a max rating, but wouldn't hesitate for Coco coders.
My son has been taking lessons for a few months, and he LOVES them! He looks forward to his lesson every week and he even reminds me when it's time! He has became really good at coding very quickly and he even loves to practice outside of class! I highly recommend coco coders if your child is interested in learning to code.
My 8-year-old has been taking lessons with Coco Coders for a few months. I have been beyond impressed. Not only are the lessons appropriate for his level (beginner), but they are engaging and fun. The teachers are truly engaged and considerate of the students. Also customer service is probably one of the best I have ever encountered with any group supporting lessons for my child. They are flexible and accommodating when needed. The lessons are worth every penny, especially because coding is so important for our children today. This is the world they are going to grow up and inherit, and they need to have a basic understanding of how things work. Coco Coders makes it very fun; my child loves his lessons. If you have been on the fence about trying it out, I can't encourage you enough.Thank you Coco Coders!
Teachers we have experienced are all so friendly and professional. My son enjoyed lesson every Saturday for few months now. Teacher explained so well and he really enjoys learning coding with making new game/project every time. Thanks a lot.
