Francescas communication is excellent. She responds very quickly and answers questions thoroughly. I have made several purchases from her and all have been as described or even better. My most recent purchase has been my favorite so far. The handbag was in pristine condition and the price was better lower than other websites!I won’t ever buy from anyone else!
