Negative Approach Towards Employees

This organization has a negative approach towards its employees. When they require assistance, they demand long hours, discourage taking leave, and expect support for other teams, all under the guise of unity. Once they no longer need you, they terminate your position without a second thought. I would recommend steering clear of this place.

My child's results were canceled without explanation

My child's results were canceled without any clear reason provided. After numerous phone calls and several case numbers, I still received no resolution. The phone inquiry service appears to be based overseas, as all representatives I've spoken with have had similar accents, and there's always a delay in communication. After submitting three different online forms they provided via email, I was informed that the case was closed during my last call. Still no answers or explanations. I'm starting to think this service is a major scam.

If I could give zero stars, I would

If I could give zero stars, I would. In short, my son submitted an Early Acceptance Admissions application, and his SAT scores have been marked as "PENDING" since 10/21. The day the scores were released, I requested them to be sent to the university. Now, on 11/10, they're still "PENDING". I've called five times and had two cases escalated. The first promised a callback within two hours last week, but I received nothing. After being put on hold today for 45 minutes, I was disconnected and had to call back. The same representative put me on hold again for 35 minutes only to tell me that the previous case was closed without escalation. The university's documentation deadline is 11/15. I asked if she could manually send the scores. No. I requested to speak to a supervisor, but none were available. I inquired about paying to expedite the score delivery, and was told it would take 5 to 10 business days—after the deadline. I have no control over these scores when they should have been sent immediately. They are paid to administer tests and send scores, and yet this is the service I receive. It's absurd, especially since I work at the university to which I need the scores sent.

Website is Extremely Frustrating

The website is extremely frustrating. While trying to select ten colleges to send SAT scores, I was logged off three times, losing all my information. I wasted hours and still couldn't send the scores.

Employees Are Treated as Replaceable

This organization has a negative attitude towards its employees. When they need support, they demand excessive overtime, discourage taking time off, and expect assistance for other teams under the guise of teamwork. Once they no longer require your services, they let you go without hesitation. I would suggest avoiding this place.

Customer Service is Terrible

It's just horrendous. If you forget your password, you have to call, as they never send emails or texts. Their customer service hours are terrible, and the email support that claims to be available around the clock takes "3-5" business days to respond, which is unacceptable.

A Large Organization Lacking Oversight

A large organization that is not closely monitored. Consequently, they seem indifferent. For instance, it's your responsibility to inform the testing center that your child has been approved for extra testing time. Be sure to read the fine print of the approval letter carefully, or you might be in for a surprise on test day! Our child can access their account to see approval for extra time, but somehow this information doesn't reach the testing center unless the parent communicates it.

The Worst Experience Ever

This service is absolutely the worst! I don't even want to give them a single star! Our daughter signed up, followed all instructions, and then on test day, after an hour, she was told she couldn't take the test because her device malfunctioned. It took weeks of calls and emails just to get a refund. It was such a hassle that we decided to skip the SAT altogether. Complete scam!

An Outdated System Failing Students

This organization exemplifies how a bloated, outdated system fails the very students it claims to serve. I tried uploading a simple photo for the SAT retake—followed all the rules—and was met with a message saying, "We can’t upload your photo." No reason, no solution, no assistance. Their website is embarrassingly bad. For an organization that profits from students' futures, they can't even manage basic technology. They treat students like numbers, not individuals. Every interaction feels like a barrier rather than a process. This system is a hindrance, not a help. They are not facilitating student success; they contribute to the system's failures. Shame on them.
