Spoke to Les today about Learner Car insurance and he was most helpful. I was struggling to sort it on the website, so i phoned the company. Les answered and took me through the process and thoroughly explained everything. After a short time, my insurance was all sorted and paid for. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!

She was professional and informative and friendly which is exactly what I needed to put my mind at ease and confirm I was making the right choice.

Cancellation policy is a joke. Expect to pay a penalty to cancel but £135 is an absolute joke. Never had this with any other insurance company so definitely won't recommend this company unless you are going to use the full year of the policy. Knew about the £40 cancellation charge but not aware of the hidden extras. Disgusting especially when learning to drive already costs a lot of money.

She provided solutions to problems proactively, sought knowledge to ensure that I was saving my money, and she showed me that Collingwood cares about its customer base. I really appreciated speaking to her and to Collingwood's customer service.
