I had a small issue with my touch-up paint & the response to my enquiry was outstanding. They went above & beyond my expectations. A replacement was sent (with tracking) literally within 30 minutes of my email. I would have been impressed if Color N Drive had replied within a few business days. I've bought 2 kits from them & the colour match is perfect. Well done!
They don't have Israel listed as a delivery destination, which might be understandable since not all stores ship outside certain regions. However, what struck me was the inclusion of PALESTINE as a delivery option. PALESTINE! A non-existent entity. It feels like a spiteful choice against Israelis and likely Jews in general. This is the first time I've encountered such a biased online shop. Their support team responded to my inquiry with, “we can’t ship there with the current situation.” What situation? Do they mean while we still exist here? 🤣 It's outright ignorance. Interestingly, if you select Palestine as a destination, the system is confused since there’s no direct postal service to Gaza—it goes through Israel anyway. Just a ridiculous shop, and judging by other reviews, it seems they offer poor-quality products. Best to steer clear of them. Bad vibes.
The shipping was incredibly quick, and the color matched perfectly. However, even after following the application instructions, I struggled to achieve a smooth finish. I tried various techniques, like using a glove and being gentle with the right solution, but it dried too quickly for that to work, causing the paint to lift completely. Even with the correct solution, I couldn't fully eliminate the excess paint without also lifting the paint in the chip. I allowed ample time for drying, but it didn't help. While I don’t consider it a terrible product, don't expect a flawless finish as suggested in the advertising.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I attempted to repair a scratch with their kit, and the car was in good condition otherwise. However, while using it, the paint surrounding the scratch began to lift as well. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated for trusting this product. It caused more damage to my paint than it repaired. Please, do not purchase!
