I ordered three pairs of contact lenses…

I ordered three pairs of contact lenses and although i did admittedly order one of them wrong (as a prescription pair) by accident the customer support was very helpful and kind the contacts that weren't prescription ones and suited my eye sight hurt to be put in my eyes even after almost 24 hours of soaking in my contact solution case. I'm not sure why this happened as it was a different brand than I was given before.
