The driver did not arrive at the designated pickup point. I tried to reach the driver multiple times, but there was no response. I have taken photos and videos at the location as proof. Additionally, I submitted a support ticket over the weekend, but have yet to receive a reply. I had gone to the storage facility, prepared and loaded my items, and waited at the pickup location. This led to a considerable waste of time, effort, and extra transportation expenses. I contacted the driver while en route, and he confirmed he was available, making his absence even more frustrating. I was at the agreed location. I kindly ask for this issue to be addressed promptly, including a full refund. I await your urgent response. Best regards.
I was initially irritated when the driver I selected called two days prior to inform me he couldn’t make it. However, another driver was quickly assigned, and he did an excellent job. Overall, it turned out to be a positive experience.
The team was very friendly and incredibly helpful. They assisted in moving everything from the house to the van and packed with clear guidance. They also helped unload and placed all items directly at the storage unit door, packing it efficiently. I would highly recommend their services!
The driver we had was competent, and the pricing was quite reasonable. However, we encountered an oddity when booking; we chose from a list of names and quotes, but the driver who completed our job was not the one we initially selected. This change occurred immediately after confirmation, which was confusing.
⭐️ 1 star – avoid at all costs. We scheduled three movers for a short job, but the driver arrived alone, two hours early, and packed poorly and slowly. The others arrived late, leaving many items behind, including large ones. We had to hire another mover and borrow a friend's vehicle, which was the main reason we hired movers in the first place. They charged extra for stairs but refused to carry items upstairs, claiming they wouldn't fit, even though we had moved them before. We paid for a two-bedroom move but had no second bed or sofa, so there was no reason for the van to be full. They caused damage to freshly painted walls and the third mover didn’t help at all. We were charged an additional fee at the end, totaling around £500 for an incomplete and chaotic service. We ended up with items left behind at the old house and belongings scattered across two locations. Unprofessional, careless, and incredibly stressful. I would not recommend this service.
