An amazing company with fantastic prices and excellent customer service. I ordered some RAM, which is hard to find at a reasonable price. It was affordable and shipped promptly. I had a few questions about my order, and the staff responded quickly and reassured me. My order has just arrived, and I'm thrilled. I can't wait to build my PC once I get the other parts. Overall, a wonderful experience with the service; I can't recommend them enough.
I had almost given up on finding a PC builder for my dream setup, as even large companies didn't offer the parts I wanted. I discovered this service while sourcing parts to build my own PC and saw they had a custom build team. They had an extensive selection, including all the components I desired. I contacted their support team via email, and they were incredibly helpful, even suggesting improvements for my setup. My order arrived on time, but the delivery service had damaged the box. The packaging was excellent, yet two fans were damaged during shipping. After emailing the team, they quickly provided solutions, and I received replacement fans at no cost. The PC is now silent and exactly as I envisioned! A shout-out to the representative who assisted me; their service was top-notch. I wish I had seen their ads earlier while searching for a PC builder; this has been the best service and build I have ever experienced!
I ordered a monitor at a good price, and it arrived quickly. Unfortunately, it was defective with colored lines across the screen. I returned it, and the service promptly confirmed the defect and offered either a replacement or refund. I opted for a replacement, and they agreed to check it before shipping. I appreciated this offer and received the checked replacement the same day. Good service overall, making the entire process feel seamless.
