Review Time
They used to be decent. I was a paid subscriber for quite some time until they implemented poor changes. Many of their free features are now hidden behind a paywall, and the time it takes to generate a single scene is absolutely absurd. Previously, I would have recommended them to everyone, but now I cannot endorse their service at all. It feels like just another company trying to profit from others' work. AVOID USING THEM UNLESS THEY RETURN TO THEIR PREVIOUS BUSINESS MODEL, which would have been more beneficial for them in the long run!

I attempted to upload an image of a Christmas tree adorned with lights and a star, only to find that the platform outright refused to allow it. Even after trying to alter the image by placing the Christmas tree in the background or surrounding it with other trees, it still didn't work. It seems impossible to outsmart the AI that has been programmed to block Christmas imagery. This feels like blatant discrimination.

I had a monthly paid account in September, and the system was decent, though not perfect. After being away until late November, I signed up for an annual pro membership costing around £700. On my first attempt to use the system, it failed completely. I submitted a ticket and received a response indicating a known issue. A few days later, I tried again, but what had been an acceptable product has deteriorated significantly. It now consumes credits much faster, the quality of generations is poor, and it disregards style parameters for characters. Everything feels inconsistent, making the product nearly unusable. I raised a ticket but received no reply, just an email asking for feedback on their response. I messaged them on social media, but still no reply. I feel incredibly disappointed by this company now. I’ve spent a lot and am locked in for a year, but the product just doesn’t function properly anymore. I hope someone from the support team can respond to me.
I have been trying the platform as a free trial. As a beginner, I wanted to explore the free plan. I quickly realized that their free plan does nothing but push you to upgrade. Honestly, if I can't even test it out, why would you expect me to commit to spending hundreds of dollars every month?
I tried the platform's studio and found the experience incredibly disappointing. The interface is cluttered, the results are inconsistent, and overall performance is very poor. It simply doesn’t meet expectations and isn’t worth the cost. I hope to get my money back because the application is completely useless for my needs. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
My experience has been terrible. The quality and flow of the system and AI are extremely poor. It’s a complete waste of time and money. You can’t even export your shot list to PDF. I tried to get a refund but was unsuccessful. I urge you to stay away!
I worked with the beta version over a year ago and found it lacking. I tried an entry-level subscription today to see any improvements. While the interface and features have progressed somewhat, the entry-level plan didn’t provide enough credits to complete even a short proof of concept. When I requested a refund for the remaining months, it was denied, despite minimal usage. There are much better and more reasonably priced platforms available.
