Be cautious with this credit union; they provide misleading information and attempt to shift blame onto the state. After 34 phone calls, I still have not had any issues resolved by either the state or the credit union. I cannot recommend them at all.
1. The two-step verification requires a pin sent to a registered phone, with no option for security questions or email verification. 2. I was locked out while overseas, and the chat support was ineffective. I requested a callback but was told to fill out an online form to change my number. 3. I encountered errors when trying to submit the form, despite filling in all fields. 4. I received a call from a representative who claimed I failed security questions and could not assist me further, despite my inability to receive the pin. 5. Even with a new number, my account remains disabled. I’m now contacting the BBB to close my accounts and recover my funds. I manage banking across multiple countries and have never experienced such unprofessionalism.
I maintained an HSA for many years but noticed a significant drop in interest payments. Upon reviewing past statements, I discovered they reduced the interest rates without any notification. I had to calculate the current rate myself after transferring my account, where I now receive four times the interest.
My request for a home equity loan was declined due to late payment reports from my mortgage company, despite never being informed of any missed payments. They should be more transparent about their underwriting criteria. With only two missed payments in five years, I am hardly a payment risk, yet that was their reason for denial.

Additionally, their interest calculations are puzzling, as I find myself paying more interest even on a lower principal balance. I suspect they could be engaging in unethical financial practices.
They sent me a pre-qualification offer for a personal line of credit with a deadline to apply or it would expire. After applying, I was denied. Now, two weeks later, I received the same offer with a new code and extended deadline. It’s unprofessional to continue sending offers to someone who has already been denied.
I financed a camper, and within 30 days, the plumbing failed. After almost five months of being assured the issue would be resolved, I received a repossession notice. Repeated attempts to contact the representative went unanswered, and when I finally heard back, I was told there would be no adjustments to my balance. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I will be consulting my attorney.
I chose this institution for its higher savings account interest rates compared to others. The service has been friendly and helpful. Although it took time to connect with someone in the IRA section, once I reached Cathy, she was very pleasant to work with. I’m pleased to have discovered this institution.
This is the worst bank I’ve ever encountered. They placed a hold on my account without explanation despite my long-term relationship with them. Even after 10 years, they treated me like just a number. I experienced significant difficulty in getting answers, and I’m relieved to be moving my business elsewhere.
