Eric was absolutely amazing helping me find my new home in Scottsdale. From the beginning, he was extremely friendly, professional, and always available. He answered all of my questions with patience and made sure I understood every step of the process.
What I appreciated the most is that Eric truly stayed by my side 24/7. No matter the time, he was always there when I needed him, and that made the whole experience much easier and less stressful.
Now, I honestly consider Eric not only my realtor, but also my friend. Anyone would be happy to work with him. I highly recommend Eric to anyone looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and who genuinely cares about his clients.
Is there an option for zero stars? Just sold my house with Orchard, and don’t let them fool you, they are not representing you, you’re simply a cash cow for them. My “agent” Clarissa did not represent me at all, she was only interested in getting me out of my house as quickly as possible. She did not explain any documents I was to sign, just a “sign this” via text. I am a single mom of five and needed extra time to move out due to some unforeseen circumstances and I was charged $250 a day to lease back my home for the first four days then they upped it to $840 a day. It was a big move and it took me 8 days to move out, thus dipping into the profit of my home. Clarissa did nothing to help, no suggestions other than get your stuff out or they were going to take it away for me for $2000. Not to mention that the house I was purchasing was a nightmare because the seller lied on the sellers disclosure about leins, imminent foreclosure, non payment of HOA fees because the HOA was never given the deed stating the new owners information, and if that’s not enough the previous owner, the same one who lied on the sellers disclosure was a real estate agent himself, imagine that. Orchard didn’t make a big deal about it, as they were just interested in getting me out of my house. My new house had junk left in it that I had to have removed, the plumbing backed up on the first day in the house, I mentioned this to Clarissa and she went radio silent on me. Clarissa was rude, she was demanding, she was condescending and she did nothing to make this a smooth transition for me and my family. I am in the process of taking legal action.
My husband and I had been putting off selling a rental property because it felt daunting to try and do it from out of state, but this year we really wanted to move on, so we listed with Karri Christensen at Orchard. Karri advised us on some work we should do before listing the house, and she was our eyes and ears throughout that process, which made it so much more manageable on our end. It wasn't the easiest house to sell, but Karri was persistent in following up with potential buyers and watching other properties in the neighborhood to gauge our pricing. We enjoyed working with her; and if we were selling another house, we would list with her again without a doubt.
I had the displeasure of working with Cindy Benn from Orchard. I told her my husband and I are looking to sell as fast as possible and we are not interested in buying since we are moving out of state. Along with our specific home loan requires us to sell before buying so any of the special things she has to offer us would not work. We just want to sell. She then gave us three of the same options of buy with the equity in our home to use that to buy our next home…we reiterated to her we were only interested in selling through orchard. She did not listen which was beyond frustrating. She was bragging about being the 6th best agent through Orchard so we thought we were in good hands. Turns out we were not. We requested termination of the contract as soon as she showed that she wasn’t listening to any of our wants and requirements. I’m positive this company has more to offer but what we had in our experience was so frustrating. Cindy even commented why we don’t have a dining table and gave us a judgmental look. She was in all rude and not a person you should work with ever.
We had a great experience with Emelia Reynolds! As and buyer's agent, I really appreciate when the listing agent makes a transaction smooth, professional and collaborative and Emelia did that. She was on top of things, and always responsive, proactive and kept things moving along. She definitely operates with integrity in her business. The real estate world would be a better place and more listing agents were like Emelia. I would highly recommend working with her, and I look forward to working with her again.
