Horrible returns experience
After 3 weeks and over 20 emails struggling to get a refund for a pair of adidas trainers that didn’t fit, I finally got my refund where they took over £5 pounds for delivery postage that I paid to receive and postage to return! Disgusting customer service if you have to return an item! I will NEVER buy again from this company and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to anyone 😩😩😩
I returned a pair of trainers due to noticeable glue marks. Spending over £100 on them, I found this unacceptable. The company eventually refunded my money after several weeks, but I did not receive a refund for the postage. They claimed there was nothing wrong with the trainers, despite my photographic evidence. I asked to speak with a manager, but that never occurred. The customer service I received was appalling, and I will not shop with this company again.
The company accepted my order for size 3 boots priced at 174.00, promising delivery within 3-5 working days. However, on the 4th working day without any updates, I was informed that since I agreed to a 5-day wait, I would only receive information on the dispatch day. When the 5th day passed with no communication, I reached out again and learned the next day that the item was out of stock. I can't help but wonder if I hadn't followed up, would I still be waiting? Additionally, the contact number provided on the site is useless. The voicemail advises calling during business hours, yet there is NEVER an answer at those times. Overall, very poor service.
I bought a pair of boots from a seller, and I must say, the entire experience was exceptional. The boots arrived much earlier than I expected and were very well packed, with no damage. Upon opening the box, the boots looked even better than in the photos. The fit and finish were impeccable — everything was just right. It's evident they take great care in their shipping process, making the entire purchase smooth and hassle-free. I am truly satisfied with both the boots and the service. I would definitely order from this seller again.
Very disappointing experience with the company. They seem to find any excuse to deny a refund. I ordered three pairs of shoes and was not satisfied with the quality, but kept two. When I tried to return one, they refused the refund because I returned it in the original shoe box. Absurd.
I ordered a pair of boots and I must say, the entire experience was flawless. The boots arrived much sooner than expected and were well packaged, with no damage. They looked even better than the pictures. The fit and finish were perfect. It's clear they take care in their shipping, making the whole process easy and stress-free. I'm genuinely satisfied with both the boots and the service. I would gladly order from this seller again.
Received the item promptly, but returned it due to the wrong size. The return was delivered two weeks ago, and I haven't received any acknowledgment or refund. I've tried reaching out with no response. They even relisted the shoes for sale while I am still waiting for my refund! Update: I had to dispute the charge through my payment provider, as I haven't received any communication after reaching out.
A small issue with the company that I think could be handled better, but it's not a major concern. The shoes I ordered were available at a lower price elsewhere, so I requested a return beyond the 30-day window by 8 days. When I asked for assistance with a return or a price adjustment, they declined. As a business owner myself, I believe it's crucial to keep customers satisfied. It's challenging to attract customers, and once you do, it's essential to keep them happy!
