Excellent quality natural mattress topper

Ordering and receiving the high-quality down mattress topper was a breeze, and I'm extremely satisfied with it. It's very plush and helps me sleep soundly. I do need to air it out regularly as moisture from my body can be absorbed by the feathers, causing a slight odor. This is typical with natural products. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Complications with return process

Disappointing customer service!

The customer service has been terrible. I returned a jacket in December that UPS lost for five months. I was repeatedly told they needed to check with the courier. Eventually, I received a response saying the parcel was delivered after five months but was labeled as fraudulent? Perhaps someone wore it during that time, but I'm still waiting for a refund! This is the worst experience I've had.

Lack of customer support

I ordered a jacket and paid €700 via PayPal, but I never received an order confirmation. What's happening? Moreover, I've had prior bad experiences with the company's service: I had to complain about a jacket that was torn after a short time, and the down was leaking. I still haven't received a response to my complaint. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
