DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLEawfully rude customer service, the training modules are poorly put together with multiple grammatical errors and spellings mistakes. No clear explanation of the process. Slow to respond to any communication. The grammar on the exam questions was also so poor that the questions didnt make any sense. Highly recommend avoiding this company.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, rude and flippant responses. I paid for a test plus retest and never received the retest after paying for it. Only interested in taking peoples money and not listening to genuine problems or assisting to try to resolve small issues. Will not use this company again.
