My son has been awaiting the second half of his green card test since 18th August. He booked it for the 20th August and was assured he would receive an email to complete the test on that morning. It didn’t arrive-also meaning he lost a days work for nothing. He has completed the ‘contact us’ form every day since and sat in chat for hours at a time to absolutely no avail. It is infuriating when he has paid so much money and not received any sort of service. I would appreciate someone contacting me asap.
After providing my proof of qualification my application continued to be refused. NEBOSH were contacted to verify my qualification and I am still waiting for this company to approve my application. I feel for those qualified workers that require this card prior to starting work!
I paid for a cscs card and course. But I couldn't find my NVQ certificate. I asked for a refund for my card and course well before my course date which is the 8th aug. But no one would reply to me. Also live chat is not working or they are not replying.
Do not book with them, they take 43£ for the CITB test, and 156£ for the health and safety lvl 1.Even though they just book it for you and charge way more money, which is not said anywhere.The real CITB price 22.50£ and health and safety level 1 is 99£, on pearson vue website.Do not pay more for them to make money of you!
This is not the official body who issue the tests. They pay google to get listed at the top of the search listings. Thats why it says sponsored. They are a middle man that adds a huge fee to the tests and books on your behalf. I made the mistake of not realising this.I paid £78.95 for a CSCS card test including a revision test. The official price is actually £22.50 if you book through the official body. I booked my test for a certian date and then got an email saying it had been moved to a week later, a date I hadn’t selected. I did pass but found revision from else where as this companies revision is terrible, i knew this as had passed this test twice before. You will fail if you dont buy the book.I also paid for £140.40 for the level 1 qualification. Which is £99 through the official body.It turned out when I phoned the official body who issue the tests and cards it turned out i already had the level 1. I asked for a refund from constructioncertification.co.uk as I had not done the exam that I paid for and they said no.I paid a total of £210 where if I went through the official body it would have been £22.50.These guys are shysters and unessacary middle men. They even got my first review taken down but here it is again re-worded. AVOID!
This company does not provide any support for the problems that happen for CSCS application. You better apply for it directly through the CSCS website so you can get the support you might need. I have applied through your company and you are paid to make sure I get the right card. I have not paid directly to CSCS, CSCS tells me you have to contact with them as you are the one who has applied.
