4 times they failed my son so I asked for evidence and was told they don’t keep the results so issued a SARS request and the next day they emailed my son to say he had passed so how can he have failed the day before them pass the next day? It is one big scam how many more people do they fail just so you have to rebook at a cost of £60 a time
I failed room check…a joke!!!!That means another test , another payment{60£} more!Very, very questionable what happened!!!If the candidate it s failing ID proof or room check, then he shouldn’t be allowed to take the test in the first place!!!!!!
To be honest , everything about this course has been rubbish. I done health and safety and awareness and CITB test thinking I'd done the course, applied and paid for the card to find out I have to do another test .Im useless with a computer. And was disqualified after 1 question, because I can't use a computer This is now going to cost me more money and it looks like im going to lose the job I was after It'd be good if there was someone you could actually talk to and go through everything with you as its so frustratingly confusing
