After falling into a little bit of a dilemma when trying to purchase my Managers and professional CSCS card, I accidentally chose the Professionally qualified persons (PQP) card instead of the Academically qualified persons card. Once I had realised what I had done, I naturally panicked as, I had already paid the full amount of £65. I reached out to William jones of Construction CSCS support team who switched the PQP back over to my AQP application process almost immediately. William had made it all a very pleasant experience with good results very efficiently.
I feel it’s important to share my findings to warn others. After thorough research on this service before submitting my personal information, I uncovered significant data privacy risks. They asked for sensitive documents via email. After contacting their office, I learned they operate from a virtual setup, raising concerns about the security of your documents being accessed without a secure presence. Additionally, this service recently received a compulsory strike-off notice from the government, indicating reliability issues. They charge £65 for a card that costs £36 on the official site. For verification, you can check public government records. My recommendation: use the official site for a more affordable and secure option.

The service is very disappointing. They scheduled my test in Welsh and were reluctant to reschedule it for me. I eventually got a reschedule after much back and forth. I requested study materials that I paid for, but they provided irrelevant mock questions. The materials were not useful for my test. I'm truly disappointed.
