The representatives can't give consistent support. I don't believe they train they're representatives, each gives a different answer. Have to keep checking on them to make sure they are doing the job they said they would do. If you put a cease and desist on the business you owe, that business can't tell you that Consumer Legal Group isn't contacting them like Consumer Legal Group says they do. Beware! I just had an underwater auto loan for a vehicle that got repoed due to CLG saying they would add it to my account but did not infact do this. The car was damaged by the tow truck company and is now deemed undrivable. Be safe.
