I received calls asking for my credit card details. When I refused to provide my expiration date, they insisted on confirming my identity using other information they claimed to have. This is clearly a scam. Do not share any details and report them immediately.
This appears to be a scam. They have been calling me daily for nearly a month. I tried to look them up, but there are no legitimate listings for their number. Some incorrect search results show a pharmacy connection, but that doesn't match. It’s likely a spam or spoofed call.
Total scam - asking for the same guy every single time they call - which is NOT me.I've started answering the phone "Consumer Transparency Group this is (the name of the guy they ask for)" Funny how fast they hang up. Or I just berate them with insults. If they're gonna call and harass me, they get an earful. Believe me when I tell you, it's some pretty nasty shit.
Repeated phone calls on a daily basis, I have lost count over the course of 2 weeks. They claim they work for the federal government and I qualify for a 0% interest rate due to my Experian report. You know.. the one that was leaked I don't even remember how many times.. Please do not fall for their scam! They will give you a lot of personal information that they bought off the dark web. This company is making robocalls directing the person who answer the phone to go to consumertransparencygroup.com. The name listed on that website is "American Consumer Transparency Group". They are ignoring the do not call list and seem to be offshore. They use different phone numbers to make calls.
