Two weeks ago, I was told the item was out of stock and would be available within a week, with a promise to contact me once it was back. When I called on the 16th, I learned it had actually been in stock the entire time and would ship that day, expected by the 21st. It finally shipped on the 20th and won’t arrive until the middle of next week. Overall, the service has been very disappointing, and I would not choose this seller again. They offered no compensation for the inconvenience, and despite requesting a 20% discount, they provided nothing.

I ordered quality hedge trimmers at a fantastic price before the same-day shipping cutoff. The trimmers were shipped just a few hours later and arrived on the third day after my purchase. Based on this experience, I will definitely shop with the company again.
I ordered tile spacers with two-day air shipping. After I made my purchase, I received an email stating that one of the products was backordered. After emailing and leaving a voicemail, I got a response the next day about sending a partial order. I requested free expedited shipping since two days had already passed, but they declined. Very disappointed; I will look for a different seller next time.

They engage in bait and switch tactics, sending incorrect sizes and trying to deceive buyers. I ordered a 7" blade but received an 8" with a 7" sticker placed over it. Once I realized the mistake, they claimed they no longer had the 7" and insisted I return it to UPS myself. Terrible customer service and a frustrating experience.
It would be helpful if you provided your warehouse address. You don't appear in the directory of this building. Your warehouse might actually have some reviews from past workers or deliveries, if not a walk-in address. You have a good price on a dust extractor, but it seems a bit too good to be true.
