They have extremely poor service, so never make any payments through this company, as they will use various excuses to delay processing customer issues.This company is a complete scammer.They refused to address the issue and kept giving the same replies; it was truly awful.Under no circumstances should anyone use this company for payments.

Terrible experience, avoid at all costs

Terrible experience, do not use. I've been a customer of another service for 20 years, and since this service took over, it has been a mess. You have to reconfirm your identity repeatedly. This year, their identification systems failed; they either didn't work, or agents claimed the systems were down, or their camera couldn't read my ID. I made multiple requests to resolve these issues and even asked to identify in person, but they blocked my ability to pay my supplier whom I've been working with for 15 years.

Very poor service experience

Very poor service and customer support from the service. I had already made a payment of £5750 through them and was trying to make further payments, but they rejected all my card attempts. I called numerous times, but they didn't offer any tangible solutions. The issue seems to stem from their fraud detection team, and I was only informed of this after a week of daily calls and spending over 30 minutes each time to get through. I'm frustrated as this is the only payment method accepted by the school. Very poor service.

Do not choose this service

Truly a disappointing service. I am located in Canada and paying a US institution. Their customer service is atrocious, with conversations going in endless loops. Payments get lost or delayed every month without explanation. Now their payment status tracking tool is also malfunctioning.

The institution uses a service to facilitate our international tuition payments.
