I had problem with the sizing of the garments however this company allowed me to change my products instead of having to return them and then re-order. I found this extremely good. I also noticed how good quality the items were that I purchased. I would highly recommend these and have done to fellow members of my Golf Club.
Quality of the clothing is so poor, all of the items I had ordered had threads hanging out from the poor stitching, the gilet had white marks on down the front of it, this shop really is the Primark of the Golf world, spend your money elsewhere on something that’s better quality rather than Druids that won’t last 5 minutes. Pay cheap pay twice as they say, lesson learnt.
I'm convinced that your size chart is inaccurate. A XXXL pulllover I ordered was ridiculously short, both the sleeves and the body. I'm 6'3", 260 lbs and XXL clothing in the States fits me satisfactorily. Second time I've had this problem with Druids. I won't make the same mistake a third time by ordering XXXXL only to receive a wider- but-not-longer item, then have to pay pay $25 to return.
Gol shirts - Well made, great feel on the body, light weight, absorbent and free moving with shots! Will definitely buy some more soon. Only buy them onsale cause otherwise there pretty expensive and when on sale are half price or less.
In a previous review, I was critical of the delay in receiving an order of golf shoes, and also of the failure of Druids in responding to the returnn of goods. I have since been communicating with Saqlain of the Druids Team. In that regards, I write to acknowledge and thank him and the Team for their swift response, and resolution of my complaint. It was timely, customer focused, and professional.

Appalling service!
Ordered on 29th December 2025 and received an updated order notification on the 5th January 2026 advising they have changed one of the items without my permission.
I then replied straight away on email advising them that was the only reason for purchase and to cancel the full order.
I then received a notification of advising goods is on the way on the 6th January 2026. They then responded later in the day advising this item is out of stock so they sent an alternative which I didn't agree too.
I advised Druids to cancel the order or I will raise a chargeback. They advised that the goods have already been dispatched and cannot stop the shipment, even though I clearly asked them prior to shipping.
I raised a chargeback for the goods with my bank and they have raised back with my bank.
The communication and service has been absolutely shocking, I won't be buying from them again.
I received a damaged package which clearly was not the fault of the merchant but none the less the item was ruined in shipping. Customer service was awesome and a replacement was sent immediately. The quality of the merchandise is 5 star. I have bought from many different merchants and this was my first purchase from Druids. I will buy again.
I placed my order 40 days ago for a holiday gift, but it’s unclear when it will actually arrive. I received numerous emails stating that it was in the warehouse and ready to ship. Then, my original order was canceled, and a new one was created. Over a week ago, I was provided with a tracking number from the shipping service. However, when I checked today, there was no update. I contacted the shipping company, and they haven’t even received a package linked to that tracking number! I don’t understand why this simple transaction has been so challenging. Additionally, the prices have dropped since I ordered, making this situation even more frustrating. While I appreciate the product itself, the service aspect does not measure up to other online sellers. Lesson learned, I guess. I usually don’t waste money, but it feels like I have, and there’s been no compensation.
I have made numerous purchases over the last six years, and recently ordered six items. Unfortunately, one item was sent in the wrong size. When I contacted the support team, they initially requested proof of the error, which felt unnecessary. Instead of promptly replacing the item, they asked for pictures and required me to fill out a form before returning the incorrect item. As a result, I have been waiting for nearly a month for the correct item since my original order was placed on December 25. The customer service has been lacking.
Very disappointing experience. I placed an order at the beginning of January and have yet to receive the items. I've emailed multiple times without any response. It feels like my money has been taken without delivery. I strongly advise staying away.
