I was totally satisfied with the customer service especially the service representative kevin for responding to my concern immediately, but the only drawback is the processing time. Usually it's 3-5 business days if possible make that as 1-3 business days that will be very much Grateful with the international transactions.
Have used both Coracle and Expatrio. The process with Coracle is straightforward with no extra over-complicated formalities to unlock the blocked account after arrival in Germany. However, Expatrio sends the confirmation document instantly within a few seconds after I transfered the amount from Germany. Coracle took a whole day. The confirmation document that Coracle generated from the portal showed the blocked amount figure including the extra buffer and Coracle fees, which wasn't consistent with what the Immigration Office expected. The document sent by email was correct though. Coracle is a lot cheaper than Expatrio though. Only cost 60 EUR to extend the blocked amount with Coracle, whereas Expatrio demands around 150 EUR to extend for a year. Would definitely recommend Coracle.
Fast and reliable since the first day. This is already the 3rd time I use their blocked account (Sperrkonto) service, and its still top notch. The entire process was painless and took virtually no time or effort (also because its my 3rd time, they already have my infos stored). Their support team was also very responsive and helpful, I didn't even expect that they would respond that fast, in comparision to all the other services here in Germany =))) Leo even tried to answer a question of mine thats not related to the service (its a question about some visa processes that was definitely out of their scope of service).I remember their health insurance (when I first came to Germany for Studienkolleg) was very budget-friendly and helpful too.All in all Top, would recommend.
