Extreme terrible experince with coracle team, Its been my second week waiting for a single document in which they need to update my passport number but they failed to do so, They dont offer any direct chat or phone number, Only a single email where they will send you automated replies. I am affriad I have given them my life saving.
I have a blocked account since September 2025. But after 4 months of normal payments they just stop sending money. 3rd of March and I still haven't received my February and March payment. Coracle support says something like "Our bank partner is blocked your account, you need to wait". No reason, no estimated time that I need to wait, nothing. And they continue to doing this more than month already. As international student, I have -1500€ on my bank account and going to become homeless now because I don't have any alternatives or ways to withdraw my money.
Never use their services, choose any alternatives but NEVER use coracle.
No options left, just praying for my monthly payment, hope they will resolve my problem soon.

I opened a blocked account with Coracle in 2025. Everything went super smooth, the support was easily accessible for several months and I didn’t have any issues at the beginning.However, starting from February, things changed. Today is the 15th and I still haven’t received my monthly payout that was supposed to come at the end of January, even though the money is clearly available on my blocked account.What worries me even more is that support is not responding at all. Emails remain unanswered, and there is no way to reach them by phone. There is a note on their website about a “major banking system update”, but no clear information, no timeline, and no direct communication to customers. Only that now new customers cannot open an account with them.For international students, this money is not optional, it’s for rent, food, and daily life. Not receiving it on time creates serious stress and problems with divers stakeholders.I really hope this gets resolved soon, but right now the lack of communication is the most concerning part.

I have been telling the Coracle team for months that my Microsoft ID is not recoverable. I have already sent thousands of support requests to Microsoft and they do not respond. Despite this being clearly communicated multiple times, they continued to communicate using the same problematic Microsoft ID for months.That ID was only usable on a very old device, and this was also communicated clearly. I kept explaining that it would eventually stop working, which is exactly what has now happened.Initially, they asked for a large amount of evidence and confirmations, all of which were provided. Even after everything was confirmed, they did not switch communication to my requested email address. Instead, they sent an email asking me to connect on a video call, again using the same Microsoft ID that had already been flagged as unreliable.Now the account is completely logged out and I cannot even reply back. At this point, it is unclear how I am supposed to continue with my case or communicate at all, since everything is tied to an account that I repeatedly warned was not usable.On top of this, they continue to ask an excessive number of questions after the account has already been created. These are things that should have been clarified before taking payment, not after placing the customer in a situation where they can no longer access their own case.I need a clear and immediate way to reconnect with my case using a working email address.
I am Dr. samir Kumar Poudel, father of Aashray Poudel from Nepal. My son was selected for B.E. program in Mechanical engineering in Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany. As a pre-requisite for student visa, we had to open blocked account. For this we chose Coracle. 12,043 Euro was transferred from my account to coracle after getting verification from it's side. The payer was already verified. We were hoping to get answer soon but there was no response for a week. we repeatedly asked about the reply. Contrary to our belief from such a well- known company, it emailed me stating that the process could not be proceeded further due to problem in update in its system. It could have shut down the server till the update was completed. We sent other supporting documents for further processing, but all was in vain. We were missing the deadline from the university. It is a matter of career. We were so much frustrated from Coracle. So, we finally agreed for refund process. All documents were submitted as per requirement. Until and unless we get money back, we cannot proceed forward for re-sending money for blocked account. There are legal provisions in our country. I tried my best for any other option. The rule is so rigid that no body dares to proceed beforehand. Coracle says that the process is already started and it's in bank's end , and moreover, the process might take up to 4 weeks. How can a company be so irresponsible for the wrongdoing from it's side. My son may miss his enrollment. The psychological trauma that we had to face is beyond imagination.
